We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice. Prices are subject to change in response to market fluctuations in Bangladesh.

Installation Responsibility:
We are primarily a retailer of bathroom fittings. Unless explicitly stated, our prices do not include installation services. The buyer is responsible for hiring qualified plumbers to install the items. We hold no liability for damages incurred due to faulty installation by third-party plumbers.

Warranty:
Many of our premium faucets and sanitary wares come with a manufacturer’s warranty. The terms of the warranty cover manufacturing defects only. Damages from improper maintenance, hard water scaling, use of harsh acidic chemicals for cleaning, or physical breakage are not covered under warranty.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of our company or its content suppliers and protected by international and Bangladeshi copyright laws.

ওয়ারেন্টি:
আমাদের অনেক প্রিমিয়াম ফসেট এবং স্যানিটারি সামগ্রীতে প্রস্তুতকারকের ওয়ারেন্টি থাকে। ওয়ারেন্টি শুধুমাত্র ম্যানুফ্যাকচারিং ত্রুটির ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য। ভুল রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ, হার্ড ওয়াটারের দাগ, পরিষ্কারের জন্য ক্ষতিকারক এসিড বা কেমিক্যাল ব্যবহার অথবা ফিজিক্যাল ড্যামেজের কারণে কোনো ক্ষতি হলে তা ওয়ারেন্টির আওতাভুক্ত হবে না।
