We are committed to delivering your premium bathroom fittings safely and punctually anywhere in Bangladesh. Since sanitary and plumbing items can be fragile and bulky, we take extra precautions during packaging and transit.

Delivery Timeframes:
- Inside Dhaka City: Orders are typically processed and delivered within 1 to 3 business days. We use our trusted courier partners and our own logistics to ensure safe handling of delicate items like mirrors, glass enclosures, and ceramic basins.
- Outside Dhaka: For deliveries across other districts in Bangladesh, the estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days depending on the courier service (e.g., SA Paribahan, Sundarban Courier, Steadfast). Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Shipping Charges:
Delivery charges are calculated based on the weight, volume of the fittings, and the delivery location. The exact shipping fee will be displayed at the checkout page before you confirm the order. Heavy items such as bathtubs or large bathroom cabinets may incur additional freight charges.

Inspection Upon Delivery:
Because bathroom fittings include fragile materials (ceramics, glass, polished chrome), we highly recommend that you inspect the package in front of the delivery personnel. If you notice any external damage to the packaging, please record a video while unboxing. Claims for transit damage without an unboxing video may not be entertained.

Delayed Deliveries:
While we strive for prompt delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political strikes (hartals), or extreme weather conditions in Bangladesh may cause delays. In such events, our customer service team will keep you updated.

বাংলাদেশের যেকোনো প্রান্তে আপনার কেনা প্রিমিয়াম বাথরুম ফিটিংস নিরাপদে এবং দ্রুত পৌঁছে দিতে আমরা প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ। যেহেতু স্যানিটারি এবং প্লাম্বিং সামগ্রীগুলো ভঙ্গুর এবং ভারী হতে পারে, তাই আমরা প্যাকেজিং ও পরিবহনের সময় অতিরিক্ত সতর্কতা অবলম্বন করি।

ডেলিভারি সময়সীমা:
- ঢাকার ভেতরে: সাধারণত ১ থেকে ৩ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে অর্ডার প্রসেস এবং ডেলিভারি করা হয়। আয়না, গ্লাস এবং সিরামিক বেসিনের মতো নাজুক পণ্যগুলোর নিরাপদ পরিবহন নিশ্চিত করতে আমরা বিশ্বস্ত কুরিয়ার পার্টনার এবং নিজস্ব লজিস্টিকস ব্যবহার করি।
- ঢাকার বাইরে: বাংলাদেশের অন্যান্য জেলায় ডেলিভারির ক্ষেত্রে কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস (যেমন- এসএ পরিবহন, সুন্দরবন কুরিয়ার, স্টেডফাস্ট ইত্যাদি) অনুযায়ী ৩ থেকে ৫ কর্মদিবস সময় লাগতে পারে। দুর্গম এলাকায় কিছুটা বেশি সময় লাগতে পারে।

শিপিং চার্জ:
ফিটিংসের ওজন, আয়তন এবং ডেলিভারি লোকেশনের ওপর ভিত্তি করে ডেলিভারি চার্জ নির্ধারণ করা হয়। অর্ডার কনফার্ম করার আগে চেকআউট পেজে সঠিক শিপিং ফি দেখতে পাবেন। ভারী জিনিস যেমন বাথটাব বা বড় বাথরুম ক্যাবিনেটের ক্ষেত্রে অতিরিক্ত ক্যারেজ চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।

ডেলিভারি গ্রহণের সময় করণীয়:
যেহেতু বাথরুম ফিটিংসে ভঙ্গুর উপকরণ (সিরামিক, গ্লাস) থাকে, তাই আমরা জোরালোভাবে অনুরোধ করি ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনে প্যাকেজটি চেক করার জন্য। প্যাকেজে কোনো বাহ্যিক ক্ষতি দেখতে পেলে, আনবক্স করার সময় অবশ্যই ভিডিও ধারণ করুন। আনবক্সিং ভিডিও ছাড়া ট্রানজিট ড্যামেজের কোনো ক্লেইম গ্রহণযোগ্য নাও হতে পারে।

ডেলিভারি বিলম্ব:
আমরা দ্রুত ডেলিভারির চেষ্টা করলেও প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ, রাজনৈতিক ধর্মঘট বা বৈরী আবহাওয়ার কারণে ডেলিভারি বিলম্বিত হতে পারে। এমন পরিস্থিতিতে আমাদের কাস্টমার সার্ভিস টিম আপনাকে আপডেট জানাবে।
